Additional Services

• Virtual Tour - $100 flat fee + $0.05 per sq ft (sq ft based off public tax records. If not available, based off above ground livable sq ft per finalized floorplans)
  • MLS approved virtual tour with branded & unbranded sites that feature photos, floorplans & documents.

REEL - $100

• Up to 90 second vertical video to highlight the property on various social media platforms.

Virtual Staging - $30 per photo

• Virtual addition of furniture to enhance the appearance of vacant rooms

Virtual Item Removal, Virtual Clean & Declutter -  $8 per photo

• Remove items or imperfections from a photo. Examples include furniture, stains, light fixtures, holes in walls, etc.

Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours. Expedited turnaround is available for an additional fee. Media is delivered via a client portal. Photos can be downloaded in high quality (ideal for print & digital assets) and 1920x1080 format to comply with certain MLS guidelines.
